COLOMBO (News 1st):- Investigations have commenced to arrest the individual who assaulted a member of the Raththota Pradeshiya Sabha.

The police said that a complaint has been lodged at the Raththota police with regard to the incident. The assault had occurred in front of the Raththota Pradeshiya Sabha premises.

The suspect had fled the area following the incident.
