Associate of Karandeniya Suddha arrested

Colombo (News 1st): A criminal gang member has been arrested in the Atala area in Pindeniya, Kegalle with Kerala cannabis and a firearm. The STF said that the suspect is a close associate of "Karandeniya Suddha". The STF said that the suspect had been engaged in drug trafficking for some time, intimidating people in the Pindeniya area. Two kilograms of Kerala cannabis and a locally manufactured firearm were also recovered from the suspect's possession.
