13 Navy relief teams deployed to flooded areas

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Sri Lanka Navy has deployed 13 relief teams along with 15 dinghy boats to assist residents in the areas which have been affected by floods. These relief teams are deployed under the supervision of Navy Commander Vice Admiral Piyal de Silva. The teams have been deployed to areas such as Nawagaththegama, Saliyawewa, Eluwankulama, Polonnaruwa, Punani, Katharagama and Paanama.
