The victim of the accident confessed that it was his fault : Patali Champika Ranawaka

The former minister showed an affidavit written by the victim claiming that it was his fault as he was not able to control his bike due to excess speed. Most Ven. Dimbulkumbure Wimaladamma Thero claimed that talented lawyers could make the truth appear as false. The former minister then arrived at the Hurikaduwa Vidya Sagara Pirivena in Menikhinna and called on the Mahanayake of the Ramnya Sect, Most Ven. Napanee Premasiri Thero.
