The State Minister added that they are trapped inside the 19th amendment and it has created a situation where when the people of this country give their mandate, it cannot be used. Therefore, he stressed that they need a two-thirds majority to remove the negative aspects of the 19th amendment. He pointed out that for this, they need to secure a two-thirds majority in parliament.
