Operations to inspect hotels and restaurants on long distance bus stops

COLOMBO(News 1st) - The Ministry of Transport Services Management stated that they are making plans to inspect hotels and restaurants where long-distance buses stop for short breaks. State Minister Dilum Amunugama noted that these steps were taken, considering the inconveniences passengers face. He added that a manager will be appointed to supervise facilities provided for passengers in these stops across the island. He further revealed about measures to implement a proper standard for the restaurants and hotels in these stops as well.
