COLOMBO(News 1st) – A bail application filed at the Colombo High Court by the Former Secretary of Defence, Hemasiri Fernando, was called up before Colombo High Court judge, Adithya Patabendige. The application is to be taken up for consideration once against tomorrow, in order to confirm the facts presented in the application.

Meanwhile, IGP Pujith Jayasundara who was sent on compulsory leave, also submitted a bail application at the Colombo High Court, today(November 26). The bail application is to be called up at the No. 7 High Court in Colombo, tomorrow.
