3 suspects arrested with Heroin in Ja-ela

Colombo (News 1st) - Three individuals were arrested in the Awariyawatte area in Ja-ela today as they were transporting heroin in a three-wheeler. The suspects were arrested following a raid conducted by the Special Task Force. The three individuals aged 21, 22 and 26 were in possession of 6g and 180mg of heroin. The arrested suspects are residents of Awariyawatte. They have been handed over to the police for further investigations.
