NEC Chairman explains delay in results

Colombo (News 1st): The Chairman of the National Elections Commission Mahinda Deshapriya issuing a special statement commented on the current situation of the counting of votes. He noted that the counting of postal votes at 103 out of 371 counting centers has been completed.
