Colombo (News 1st): The Chairman of the National Elections Commission Mahinda Deshapriya issuing a special statement commented on the current situation of the counting of votes.

He noted that the counting of postal votes at 103 out of 371 counting centers has been completed. Deshapriya added that they are unable to release official results as postal vote results of all districts yet to be received by District Counting Centres.
