2 drug peddlers arrested in Ambalangoda

Colombo (News 1st): Two drug peddlers have been arrested in Amblangoda based on information revealed by an Angunakolapelessa Prison Guard who was arrested last week along with a stock of Heroin. The two drug peddlers were arrested while they were transporting Heroin in two separate cars. One suspect who is a 21-year-old had been arrested in Galduwa while in possession of 108 g of Heroin and 2 mobile phones. According to the Police, one of the arrested suspects had delivered narcotics to the Prison Guard. The other suspect who was arrested in the Meetiyagoda area is a 22-year-old and had 22 g of Heroin, an electronic scale and a mobile phone in his possession.
