Gotabaya did not reserve a ticket, Mahinda Rajapaksa denies

COLOMBO(News 1st) - Leader of the Opposition Mahinda Rajapaksa addressing an event in Mannar yesterday(November 10) stated that Gotabaya Rajapaksa the presidential candidate of the SLPP has a clear vision to develop Sri Lanka. He added that Gotabaya Rajapaksa has figured out how to improve the educational and agricultural sectors as well as promote harmony among all the ethnic groups. He went on to note that the leader of the country should not be a trickster and Gotabaya Rajapaksa is not. He denied the rumours that Gotabaya Rajapaksa has reserved an air ticket to return to the US. However, Mahinda Rajapaksa was confident that Gotabaya Rajapaksa has a ticket to the President's residence on the 16th
