5 judge bench to hear petition against MCC

Colombo (News 1st) - A 5 judge bench has been appointed by the Chief Justice to consider the petition seeking an injunction order against the signing of the MCC agreement. The petition will be taken up for consideration on the 13th of this month. The 5 judge bench will be chaired by Supreme Court Judge, Buwaneka Aluwihare. The bench also comprises of Justices L.T.B.Dehideniya, Murdu Fernando, S. Thurairaja and E.A.G.R. Amarasekara
