Schools in Hambantota and Mulatiyana to remain closed

Colombo (News 1st): Education Ministry in the Southern Province noted that schools in the Hambantota district and Mulatiyana Educational Zone, Matara will remain closed tomorrow (November 1) as well. This is due to the risk of floods and landslides caused by heavy rains. News 1st correspondents noted that several areas in the Matara and Hambantota Districts have been inundated.
