COLOMBO (News 1st) – Parliamentarian Vidura Wickremenayake made a request yesterday to the new president and the prime minister to visit Horana during a meeting organized in support of Gotabaya Rajapaksa.
UPFA MP Vidura Wickremenayake noted that there will be more people after their victory as people tend to switch sides when the power shifts. He added that it was the same with Mahinda Rajapaksa’s defeat in 2015.
He added that there are two similar politicians in their district and advised the public not to get involved with them, instead he advised the public to seek a wise team with rational policies to work and strengthen the people of the country.
