Group of foreigners arrested in Kotawila for alleged tampering with ATM

Colombo (News 1st): A group of foreigners have been arrested in Kotawila on the charge of trying to extract data from an ATM.
The Police stated that the Bulgarian, Estonian and Polish nationals were arrested following a complaint that they were using tools to try to extract data from the machine.
The suspects will be presented to the Matara Magistrate later today (October 17).
