Court cancels bail granted to Pujith and Hemasiri

Colombo (News 1st): Colombo Chief High Court Judge Vikum Kaluarachchi today (October 9) ruled that bail was granted to IGP Pujith Jayasundara, and Former Defence Secretary Hemasiri Fernando, in violation of the law.
Justice Vikum Kaluarachchi, therefore, dismissed the bail order given by the Magistrate's Court. Thereby court-ordered measures to be taken to remand Pujith Jayasundara and Hemasiri Fernando.
