COLOMBO (News 1st) – A 24-year-old male was shot dead at Jampettah Street in Colombo.

The incident had taken place when two unidentified people on a motorbike discharged their firearms on the victim.

It was reported that the victim sustained injuries and upon admission to the National Hospital in Colombo succumbed to his injuries.

The victim was a resident of 131 Watta, Jampettah Street, Colombo 13.
