Presidential candidate Gotabaya Rajapaksa signs nomination application

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Presidential Candidate of the Sri Lanka Podu Jana Peramuna, Gotabaya Rajapaksa signed his nominations application this morning. He signed the application in his Residence at Mirihana, amidst Pirith and blessings from the Maha Sangha. The leader of the SLPP and leader of the Opposition, Mahinda Rajapakse, the Chairman of the SLPP Prof. G.L. Peiris, and other party members attended this occasion.
