Former DG of Bribery Commission responds to the phone call regarding Avant-Garde

COLOMBO (News 1st):- Keheliya Rambukwella revealed details of a telephone conversation said to have taken place between the Chairman of Avant-Garde Nissanka Senadhipathi and former Director-General of the Bribery Commission Dilrukshi Dias yesterday (September 20). This is the conversation that took place between the former DG of the Bribery Commission; Dilrukshi Dias:- "If I ever thought that you will lose your business, I would have never filed this case, because of this dirty politics. I have read over 7500 letters at your office. I have personally read all of it. So I know how you looked after your officers on the ship and how you looked after their families. I was very sad. I will not file an action against Gotabaya Rajapaksa. I regret everything that I did then. I know how to break the law and make the law both." However today, the former Director-General of the Bribery Commission Dilruskshi Dias took to Facebook to respond to the recording released. "Nissanka Senadhipathi, as a public officer I’m not permitted to explain the telephone conversation that you have released. Therefore, please respond to the following; 1. Please disclose to the public the name of the minister who gave me the telephone and why. 2. Since you have distorted the telephone conversation, please publish the entire telephone conversation.
