IGP Pujith Jayasundara's FR petition to be considered by Supreme Court on November 13th

Colombo (News 1st) - The Fundamental Rights Petition filed by IGP Pujith Jayasundara, who was sent on compulsory leave will be considered by the Supreme Court on November 13th. The FR petition was taken up in the presence of Justices Prasanna Jayawardena, P. Pathman Surasena and S. Thurairajah. Pujith Jayasundara requests to have the decision taken by the President to send him on compulsory leave be withdrawn.
