23-year-old dies in shooting at Hanwella

Colombo (News 1st) - A shooting that took place in Embulgama, Hanwella has claimed the life of an individual leaving two others injured. One of the injured individuals is reportedly receiving medical treatment at the National Hospital. The Police stated that another injured individual whose identity is not yet confirmed is still under medical treatment at the Avissawella Hospital. The 23-year-old deceased identified as Suresh Ruwantha Gunasinghe has succumbed to his injuries upon admission to Nawagamuwa Hospital.
