Eleven JMI members handed over to TID

Colombo (News 1st) - Eleven members of a banned terrorist organization named Jamathei Millathu Ibraheem (JMI) have been handed over to the Terrorism Investigation Division (TID) for further investigations. The suspects have been handed over to the TID in compliance with a detaining order of 90 days. The Police stated that the suspects were arrested by the Ampara Police according to information received from the State Intelligence Services.
