Horowpathana businessman arrested for attacking two novice monks

Colombo (News 1st) - Footage of two novice monks being brutally assaulted is being circulated on social media. Police have arrested the suspect who is seen attacking the monks, shown in the footage. The suspect has been identified as Chaminda Galaboda, a businessman in Horowpathana.  Police stated that the two novice monks are receiving education at a pirivena in Horowpathana. The suspect had attacked the two monks, claiming that they stole two chocolates from his store.
