Dr Nalinda Jayatissa alludes that events in SL are part of a US grand plan

COLOMBO (News 1st) - JVP Parliamentarian Dr Nalinda Jayatissa made an important revelation regarding the US agenda and the SLPP yesterday (August 27). He noted that the first agreement between the US and Sri Lanka was in 1995. He added that initially, G.L. Peiris entered into the SOFA agreement and he was an individual who was accused of being on the CIA's payroll. He went on to say that the Basil Rajapaksa who does not even have the slightest intention of renouncing his American citizenship, is the organizer of the SLPP while Gotabaya Rajapaksa, a citizen of the US is the Presidential candidate of the SLPP. He added that before Gotabaya Rajapaksa's formal announcement Mahinda Rajapaksa met diplomats from the US. He stated that the leaders of the UNP do not want to let go of the power they have and their aim is to appoint a puppet in order to achieve their objectives. He questioned why the US ambassador released a statement displaying their unsatisfaction when Shavendra Silva was appointed as the Army Commander but not when he was serving in the army and same with the announcement of Gotabaya Rajapaksa as the presidential candidate? He finally added that these facts were pieces of a bigger puzzle and the pieces are falling in the right places benefiting the US agenda, that weakens the country and manipulates it according to their wishes.
