COLOMBO (News 1st) – The National Water Supply and Drainage Board states that a water cut will be in effect for several areas of Kalutara until midnight (August 26).

The Water Board added that this was due to a break down of a transformer at the Kethhena Water Treatment Plant in Kalutara.

The areas of Payagala, Pilaminawatta, Bombuwala, Maggona, Beruwala, Kaluwamodara, Moragalla, Alutgama, Darga town and Bentota will experience the water cut until midnight (August 26)
