Colombo (News 1st): Sri Lanka Army Intelligence Officer, Staff Sergeant Chamika Smith Kumara was arrested by the Criminal Investigations Department today (August 23) for his alleged involvement in the abduction and attempted murder case of Journalist Keith Noyahr.

Coordinating Officer to the Attorney General State Counsel Nishara Gunaratne said the arrest was made as per the directions are given by the Attorney General.
