Over 60 kg of Kerala cannabis seized in Jaffna during raids

Colombo (News 1st): The Police Special Task Force has seized 59 kilograms of Kerala cannabis from a cemetery in Nelliady. The STF said that the Kerala cannabis was found hidden in the cemetery during a raid carried out with State Intelligence Officers.
Meanwhile, a suspect was arrested with 1.576 kilograms of Kerala cannabis in Kaliyapuram, Jaffna by the Sri Lanka Navy. The Navy noted that the cannabis was seized when the suspect travelling on a motorbike was searched.
