3 arrested in connection with murder of 'Anamalu Ranga' and one other

Colombo (News 1st): Three suspects have been arrested in connection to the murder of the organized criminal Anamalu Ranga and one other person. A group of people who arrived in two three-wheelers hacked to death Anamalu Ranga and the other person who were in a vehicle near the Madampitiya Cemetery in Grandpass. Police media spokesperson SP Ruwan Gunasekara noted that they seized 2 swords while in their possession. Police noted that the three-wheeler that was abandoned by the suspects near the Madampitiya Cemetery belongs to the wife of Kudu Rishan who is currently in remand custody. SP Gunasekara noted that accordingly, the Police Special Task Force searched her house in Mattakkuliya and arrested two people, who acted suspiciously, for questionings. He added that among the arrested is a brother of Kudu Roshan.
