"Sajith Premadasa will bring a new vision to the country" - Daljith Aluvihare

Colombo (News 1st) - Mayor of Matale Municipal Council, Daljith Aluvihare convened a media briefing at the Matale Municipal Council today. He expressed the following views: He stated that despite his love and respect for their leader Ranil Wickremesinghe, the current downfall of UNP was his doing. He reasoned the statement as ministerial positions were not given to MPs from Matale, Puttalam or Polonnaruwa. He claimed that Range Bandara and Ranjith Aluvihare have taken numerous bullets but their hard work has not earned any positions. He raised a question of why younger leaders are not given any positions whilst old ones do in allusion to Tilak Marapana. He promoted the idea of Sajith Premadasa being the new president as a new vision would be brought to the country. "All young MPs support Sajith Premadasa, and no one can stop this", he continued.
