Colombo (News 1st): The US Ambassador to Sri Lanka Alaina B. Teplitz met with Opposition Leader Mahinda Rajapaksa, earlier today (July 23). The meeting was held at the official residence of Mahinda Rajapaksa situated at Wijerama Road.

According to the office of the Opposition Leader, the duo had engaged in a cordial dialogue for around 20 minutes. Chairman of the SLPP and MP Keheliya Rambukwella were also present at the meeting.
