Public Cemetery in Tissa wewa becoming garbage dump

Colombo (News 1st): The public cemetery close to Tissa wewa in Anuradhapura is gradually becoming a garbage dump because the local municipal council has started to dispose of garbage in the area. Locals allege that dogs roaming in the area create a mess inside the cemetery by dragging away the garbage. They claim that this had led to a situation where a proper funeral cannot be conducted.
