4 arrested for treasure hunting in Aralaganwila

Colombo (News 1st): 4 suspects were arrested while excavating a plot of land in Allewawa, Aralaganwila with the intention of 

finding artefacts.

Police noted that the suspects aged from 21 to 31 are residents of Allewewa, Trincomalee, Passara and Aralaganwila. The suspects are due to be presented before the Polonnaruwa Magistrate Court today (June 29).
