Colombo (News 1st): Journalists were asked to leave the session of the Parliamentary Select Committee when Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka began to question Army Commander Lt. Gen. Mahesh Senanayake on intelligence matters.

Army Commander Lt. Gen. Mahesh Senanayake commenced providing evidence before the Parliamentary Committee probing the 04/21 attacks, this afternoon (June 26).

Former Minister Rishad Bathiudeen is expected to testify before the committee today as well.
