Suspect arrested with heroin and firearms in Wattala

Colombo (News 1st): A suspect has been arrested while in possession of firearms and heroin in Palliyawatta, Wattala. He was arrested during a raid carried out by the Organized Crimes Prevention Division. The suspect aged 47 is a resident of Maligawatta. At the time of the arrest, the suspect was in possession of a pistol, 07 bullets, a revolver, 07 grams and 100 milligrams of heroin. The suspect is to be produced before the Wattala Magistrate's Court.
