COLOMBO (News 1st): The Police Media Spokesperson states that the police curfew in Chilaw will only be in effect till 4.00 am tomorrow (May 13).

Meanwhile, an individual who is believed to have caused an uproar in Chilaw by posting racially charged content on social media was arrested by the police.

Following this incident, police curfew was imposed to the Chilaw municipal area with immediate effect.
