COLOMBO (News 1st) - An adjournment motion debate on the present situation in the island will be taken up in parliament today (May 07).
The Committee on Parliamentary Affairs decided yesterday (May 06) to debate the matter on May 07th and 08th.
Meanwhile, the public gallery in Parliament, which was closed due to the national security crisis in the country, will be reopened from today (May 07).
