Curfew lifted in Negombo

Colombo (News1st) - Police curfew that was declared in the Negombo police division was lifted at 7 am today.
Police curfew was imposed at 8.15pm on Sunday (May 5) following a clash that occurred in the area. Archbishop of Colombo, His Eminence Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith convened a media briefing last night and urged for calm and restraint from the general public.
