Colombo (News 1st): A suspect with connections to the Easter Sunday terror group has been arrested in Ethungahakotuwa, Dummalasuriya.

The police noted that the suspect was arrested following a tip-off. Police added that they have begun interrogations.

Meanwhile, 2 suspects have been arrested in Daulagala and are being interrogated, said the police. Police added that the courts have given permission to detain and interrogate suspects arrested from Meewaladeiya and Amatharaella for 72 hours.

The other suspects have been remanded.
