MR's political career ends with Gota's entrance : Lalkantha

Colombo (News 1st): JVP Politburo member K.D. Lalkantha expressing his views at an event in Kandy noted that as Gotabaya has been fielded as the Presidential Candidate Mahinda Rajapaksa's political career is over. He noted that Gotabaya Rajapaksa surfaced twice before this, and at both instances, it was Mahinda Rajapaksa who pushed him down. Lalkantha noted that Mahinda now has a challenge, as presidential elections come up, he can't contest. He noted that Mahinda has two answers, he should field Shiranthi. He noted that if he gives it to Shiranthi, we can give him slogans as well "Lets vote for Shiranthi and make Mahinda President". He added that if Gota is brought he can be pushed aside, the white van man, the journalist are also done for. JVP Politburo member noted that Gotabaya attacked Sirasa, burnt down Siyatha, but Derana will have their chance. He added that Hiru and Derana will be able to get Duminda out. He noted that even if there are some of those who think Gotabaya will be fielded he personally believes Gotabaya will not be fielded instead it will be Shiranthi who will contest.
