Colombo (News 1st): Speaking at an event organized by Sri Lankans living in Kenya President Maithripala Sirisena said the program of building Sri Lanka as a good state with an economically prosperous with a morally disciplined future generation has begun.

President also added that a special event will be held in May to celebrate the 10th anniversary of dawn peace after the gruesome 30-year war.

The President further stated that his objective is to develop the country as a disciplined country, safeguarding the brotherhood and reconciliation among all communities.

President Maithripala Sirisena is in Kenya for the 4th United Nations Environment Assembly.
