The second permanent High Court Trial at bar declared open today

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The second Permanent High Court Trial At Bar to investigate serious cases of fraud and corruption was declared open today (March 14). It has been established at the Hulftsdorp Court Complex in Colombo 12 under the patronage of Minister of Justice and Prison Reforms, Attorney-at-law Thalatha Athukorala. The Minister of Justice and Prison Reforms, Thalatha Athukorala noted that this has been set up under the Judicature amendment act. She added that any state employee or politicians engaged in any corruption-related activity he/she is to be tried in this court.
