Colombo (News 1st): The Finance Ministry announced that government servants will be entitled to vehicle permits from May 1st, 2019. Finance Minister Mangala Samaraweera made this announcement during the second reading of the budget today citing the strengthening of the rupee as the reason to bring back the benefit of vehicle permits.
