COLOMBO (News 1st) – A 28-year-old woman has been arrested from Dambagolla, Mahiyanganaya for the possession of a T56 firearm. The police said that 24 ammunition were also seized from the suspect’s possession.

She has been identified as a resident of Mapakadawewa, Mahiyanganaya. The suspect is due to be presented before the Mahiyanganaya Magistrates Court today (March 10).
