DRUG BUST: Main accomplice of "Welle Suranga" arrested

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The main accomplice of "Welle Suranga"- a large scale heroin peddler has been arrested in Mattakuliya. The arrest was made by the officials of the Police STF and the Organized Crimes Prevention Unit. The police seized over 2g of heroin, over 50g of Kerala Ganja, two swords and a sum of Rs. 134,150 from the suspect's possession. The 23-year-old suspect has been identified as Kumarapeliyage Lahiru Nayanapriya. He is due to be produced before the Maligakanda Magistrates Court today (March 08).
