Colombo (News 1st): Senior State Counsel Janaka Bandara informed the court, the Attorney General's Department has decided to file indictments with the High Court under murder charges against former Navy Commander Admiral Wasantha Karannagoda and all other suspects in the case filed over the abduction and forced disappearance of 11 youth from Colombo in 2008. The Senior State Counsel also noted in addition to Admiral Karannagoda cases will be filed against 15 other suspects including, former navy spokesperson - Commodore D. K. P. Dassanayake, Commodore Sumith Ranasinghe, Lieutenant Commander Prasad Hettiarachchi and former navy officer Sampath Munasinghe. Fort Magistrate Ranga Dissanayake ordered the 06 suspects including Nilantha Sampath Munasinghe alias Navy Sampath produced in court today, to be further remanded until March 19th.
