Wife kills husband with an axe in Horowpothana

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A 38 year man was murdered in Kongollawa, Horowpothana this morning (February 19). The police said that the murder had taken place at around 1.25 am today when he was struck with an axe.
The wife who committed the murder and her mother have both been admitted to the Anuradhapura hospital due to injuries.
