Three new women's police ASP's

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Three women's police chief inspectors (IP) have been promoted to the rank of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) with effect from the 27th of February. The Police noted that the promotions were granted with approval from the National Police Commission based on their seniority and skills. Women's police Chief IP of the Kandy range A. A. J. K. Sevirathna, women's police Chief IP of the criminal records division N. A. S. Marabe and women's police Chief IP of the Ministerial security division G. N. P. Weerakkodi have been promoted.
