COLOMBO (News 1st) - News 1st correspondent for the Ratnapura area Ruchira Abeymanna died in a motor accident that occurred this evening (February 03). A jeep that had traveled on high speed had collided with the victim's motorbike following which the motorbike had veered forward and collided with another lorry arriving from Kuruwita. The driver of the jeep had fled the incident and police investigations are underway to trace the suspect.
