IMF team to arrive in Sri Lanka in February

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Finance Minister Mangala Samaraweera notes that the Sri Lankan delegation held a very productive discussion with the IMF Chief Christine Lagarde in Washington DC. In a tweet, Mangala Samaraweera stated that Sri Lanka remains committed to progressive economic reforms and that a team from IMF will visit the country in February 2019 to resume discussions.
