High Court judge recuses himself from RADA court case

colombo (News 1st) - High Court judge Vikum Kaluarachchi informed court he would recuse himself from the bench on the case filed against 04 defendants including Tiran Alles due to personal reasons. The case was filed against Tiran Alles and three others under several indictments for alleged transactions carried out at the Reconstruction and Development Agency or RADA. An order was issued for the case to be taken up before Colombo High Court Judge Pradeep Hettiarachchi. The case will be heard on the 29th of January.
